Pricing and payment questions
What does the quoted daily rate include?
The daily rate covers the vehicle, basic insurance cover, and delivery within the 50 km Barcelona coverage area. Fuel, additional drivers, and chauffeur service are quoted separately once the vehicle and itinerary are confirmed.
Are there extra charges on top of the daily rate?
Yes. Fuel, out-of-hours delivery outside 09:00–21:00, and premium insurance upgrades are billed in addition to the base rate. Any extras are confirmed in writing before the booking is locked in.
How is the deposit released after the rental ends?
The deposit is held as a credit card authorisation rather than a cash charge, and it is released once the vehicle is returned and checked against the condition report taken at handover. Release timing depends on the card issuer, typically a few business days.
What's the difference between basic and premium insurance cost?
Basic cover is built into the quoted rate for every booking. Premium cover is priced per vehicle, scaled to its value, and quoted alongside the daily rate once the model is selected.
How do I pay without calling a phone line?
Bookings are confirmed through WhatsApp or the online enquiry form, with payment and deposit authorisation taken by card at that stage. Replies go out within an hour during the 09:00–21:00 operating window.
Is there a discount for renting several days in a row?
Multi-day bookings are quoted as a single rate when requested in advance, rather than as separate daily charges. Ask for a multi-day figure when you submit the model and dates.
