This page explains how Biocrew collects, uses and stores personal data submitted through enquiry and booking forms on this site.
Data collected
When you submit an enquiry through the booking form on this site, Biocrew collects the information needed to process that request: your name, email address, phone number, the dates you want the vehicle, and the model or category you are interested in. No other personal data is requested at this stage.
This information is used solely to confirm vehicle availability, prepare a quote, and arrange delivery or chauffeur service for the dates requested. It is not used to build a marketing profile, and it is not sold or rented to any third party for unrelated purposes.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry and booking data is kept only for as long as it is needed to complete the rental and resolve any post-rental query, typically for the duration of the booking plus a short administrative period afterward. Once that period has passed, records tied to an individual enquiry are deleted from Biocrew's systems unless retention is required to settle an open deposit or insurance matter.
Data submitted through the site is shared only with the parties directly needed to deliver the booked service, for example a chauffeur assigned to a trip or an insurer processing a claim on a specific rental. It is never shared for advertising purposes, and Biocrew does not pass enquiry details to unrelated third parties.
Access and deletion requests
Anyone who has submitted data through this site can ask Biocrew to confirm what information is held about them, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through the contact page; it is handled by the same team that processes bookings, during normal operating hours.
